What we collect and who we share it with.
Effective October 6, 2026. This policy covers what Frisco Foundation Experts collects through this website and phone number.
What we collect
- Requests: name, phone, email (optional), city and description, with the date, time and page of each request.
- Calls: caller number, time and duration from our phone provider. Calls and voicemail may be recorded, with a notice at the start.
- Technical data: standard server logs from our host (pages, browser, IP address). Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for bots. No advertising cookies.

Who gets it
- One participating contractor in your area, who pays us for the referral. Calls may be connected or forwarded to them.
- Service providers for hosting, phone, email and form handling.
- Authorities where the law requires.
We don't sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and your rights
We keep records as long as needed for referrals and business records. Email info@friscofoundationexperts.com to access, correct or delete your information. A contractor we referred you to holds their own copy. Contact them directly for that.
Children
This service is for adults arranging work on a property. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
Changes
Updates will change the effective date above.
